About Artist

Hi! I'm Makenna, and here are some things I feel you should know about me. I'm Texas-born and raised, but I've always dreamed of moving to Connecticut. I have 4 dogs and one cat that I love so much. One of my all-time favorite things in the world is the ocean and its beautiful creatures. I mention this primarily because most of my art is based on my love for the ocean. My favorite sea animals are jellyfish, and they are also one of my favorite things to draw and doodle. Another big part of who I am is writing. I love to write poetry and I like to use ideas in my poetry or creative writing, to piece into my artwork. And finally, another big part of my life is music. Music, whether it's indie, rock, pop, or alt, which are some of my favorites, is one of my favorite things in the world. I love listening to different songs and playlists based on mood and also creativity.
